How did you come into the position of SC/DSC?
I was the ST DSC & Brady's sidekick. He asked me to accept the position.
I more than gladly said yes.
What was something you were hoping to accomplish in accepting the position,
and did you accomplish it?
Honestly, my goals were similar to those I had when I joined ISA. To change the face of
a "frowned' upon group. There was a lot of people who felt like the leaders of the community
had lost touch with the community and were so wrapped up in projects and such that they
didn't have a "friendly" face in the chat room. I wanted to bring the powers that be back
to a more approachable level and heck yes I think I accomplished that. If I didn't, Brady
will beat me later, it's all good :)
What would you most like to see happen in the future of OTF?
I'd just like to see it go on. I'd be so sad if someday I wanted to go visit and the url no longer existed!
Has being "brass" changed your opinions regarding the site from your younger OTF years? For better or for worse?
Oy...that's a hard question. My attitude towards the site has certainly grown and changed over 10 years! I think the changes I feel however are more me that's changed then the site itself having changed. I had my time to enjoy the chat room, I had my "clique" I had my good times and I have my life long friendships that have stemmed from it, it's funny to go in the room now and not know anyone or see names I recognize but I hardly know the folks. But I wouldn't change the last years for anything. And being "brass" is definitely better if only for the ability to have the special login *L*
If you had one super power, what would it be and how would you use it in OTF?
I wanna be invisible and I'd use it to smuggle myself anywhere I wanted to go, to get on planes or whatever and to wander the lives of my loved ones without them knowing I was there. I'd so be the most ultimate spy that ever lived!!!
Why do you do what you do? ie, what drives you in your OTF career?
I have no OTF career. I'm living a life of leisure in the retirement community. For years OTF was indeed a love and a passion of mine...now it's just a fond memory :)
What's one thing the general OTF populace doesn't know about you and would never suspect in a million years?
Hmmm....I guess this might come as a shock to you all, but I'm not a counselor, I'm not a goddess and I'm not even an ice cube princess...I'm just a plain woman with a vivid imagination! Oh and I'm not a goat herder either...just for the record. For the other record, I'd never even frolic with a goat, oh wait and I've never been to space and I really don't know what's behind Guinan's bar and ........well I could go on but I think you get the picture.
Do or did you enjoy your work as SC/DSC? What's the best/worst things about the position?
I loved my role as the DSC. The best part was easy, I worked with Brady, that guys freaking brilliant!! Oh and building the OZD that was awesome, and working on The Blue Report, I miss writing the Kimmunicator!! :( The worst was being hated by people who didn't even know me, reading all the meaningless "Fights" that went on between my friends. Seeing the politics of the community, that really takes it's toll on a person after awhile.
If you could ask one thing from chatters, what would you ask?
QUIT WHINING FOR A PROMOTION.......oh and make love not war :)
Which OTF member inspired you to greatness and why?
That's tough...but probably it was TK. She was the first lady to break through the male dominated hierarchy of the chat room, she's brilliant, she's so easy to talk to and so completely understanding of people, she's not afraid of who she is, she stands up for what she believes in, she's a "soft" leader, not dictatorial at all..she's passionate and I respect her.
What is your dream rank and avatar?
Been there done that. I loved being the Treehouse Goddess. I loved my "pink" in the personnel listings, I love my charmed avatars (that are stored on Phill's site cause he rocks and such!)
If you could smooch CT without incurring the wrath of JJ, would you?
Ewwwwwwwww no! That's kinda icky, he's uh..he's well he's an old dawg :P
If you could have any position on the site regardless of your abilities or skills, which one would it be?

What do you like most about OTF?
The freedom it's given me to be who I am, the acceptance and understanding I've found in so many friends.
What do you like most about Polson?
Polson...I could say so many things here, I could say the fact that I can proudly say I'm one of the few people that have mortified her, I could say stuff about her potty humor ...but I think I'll leave to this "she's got a heart of gold".
